Support that we offer
Rethink Domestic Abuse – Confidential Support for Victims and Survivors
Are you experiencing domestic abuse? Do you need safe, confidential support — either for yourself or someone in your care, such as an employee?
At Rethink Domestic Abuse, we offer independent 1:1 support for individuals currently experiencing abuse, as well as structured 4-week and 8-week recovery programmes for those rebuilding their lives after leaving an abusive relationship. Support is available in-person, virtually (via Zoom or Teams), or by phone — whatever works best for you.

About me
I’m Naomi – an IDVA (Independant Domestic Abuse Adviser)
I founded this company driven by a deeply held belief that everyone has the right to live free from abuse.
As a child, I witnessed and experienced the devastating effects of domestic abuse firsthand. These early experiences, combined with the lack of awareness and understanding surrounding abuse and its impact on victims and their children, inspired me to dedicate my life to this vital work.
Over the years, my mission has grown from directly supporting victims to empowering professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to make a difference.
